01The service

UQ.Rocks provides a free, browser-based tool for building and managing YouTube video queues. The service consists of two parts:

• The website at uq.rocks, where you can paste YouTube URLs or video IDs to build a playable queue.
• The UQ.Rocks Queue Manager Chrome extension, which lets you right-click YouTube videos to add them to your queue and opens a side-panel player.

02Acceptable use

You agree to use UQ.Rocks only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the service to access content you do not have the right to view.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or overload the service.
• Use the service to violate YouTube's Terms of Service or any applicable law.
• Resell, rebrand, or redistribute the service or extension as your own.

03YouTube content

UQ.Rocks plays YouTube videos via YouTube's official embedded player. All video content is owned by YouTube and the respective creators. We do not host, modify, or store video content. Your use of YouTube content through UQ.Rocks is also governed by YouTube's Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

04The browser extension

The UQ.Rocks Queue Manager extension is provided free of charge through the Chrome Web Store. By installing it, you additionally agree that:

• The extension stores your queues and preferences locally in your browser using chrome.storage.local. You are responsible for backing up any saved queues you wish to preserve.
• The extension reads page data on YouTube domains and on uq.rocks in order to function. It does not transmit your browsing data to UQ.Rocks or any third party.
• You may uninstall the extension at any time. Uninstalling will remove all locally stored extension data.
• We may update the extension from time to time. Updates may add, change, or remove features.

05Your data

Most data you create on UQ.Rocks (queues, saved playlists, preferences) is stored locally in your browser, not on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what is and isn't collected.

06Intellectual property

The UQ.Rocks name, logo, website code, and extension code are the property of the UQ.Rocks operators. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from them without permission. "YouTube" is a trademark of Google LLC; UQ.Rocks is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

07Disclaimer of warranties

UQ.Rocks is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. YouTube may change its API or playback policies in ways that affect functionality.

08Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UQ.Rocks and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of saved queues, or loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service or extension. Your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied with the service is to stop using it.

09Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the website or extension, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. You may stop using the service at any time by ceasing to visit the site and uninstalling the extension.

10Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
